Yes. Every product we list is supplied new, and comes with the applicable manufacturer warranty terms for that brand.
Which brands does Tecmozac carry?

What warranty comes with my purchase?
Warranty duration and coverage follow the manufacturer or brand terms that apply to that specific product, as confirmed to you at the time of sale.
Do you deliver outside Harare?
Yes, we coordinate delivery anywhere in Zimbabwe. Delivery cost and timing are calculated based on your location and confirmed before your order is finalised.
How do I request a quotation?
Use the Request a Quotation page to add catalogue products, or describe a product by brand, model and specification. We review every request and send a written quotation to your phone or email.
Can I trade in my current device?
Yes. Tell us about your device's model, condition, storage and battery health under Services → Trade-in, and our team will review it and get back to you with an assessment.
Do you repair devices?
Yes, our Services page covers device repairs and diagnostics — submit your device and fault details and we will record the assessment, quotation and repair progress.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track an order page with your order reference and the phone number used to place the order.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders are currently confirmed and arranged for payment manually by our team after you submit your order or accept a quotation. We are working on adding convenient digital payment options directly on the website.
